Final Update on the Riots

Dear Work Family,

We’re glad to report the riots in Haiti have concluded. Most streets and businesses have reopened and everyone is back to work and their daily routine. Flights to and from Haiti are also back on schedule. This morning, our parents were able to safely head to work while their kids returned to our summer programs.

We’re proud of our team’s efforts in coordinating support on the ground. Investments made in the community overtime with your contributions helped to keep our families and our team safe during this time. Our family leaders stepped up to ensure everyone has the supplies needed to endure the situation while prioritizing safety. It is our intent to continue to grow our economic investment strategy to build a viable community for all Menelas residents.
